Pakistan Stock Exchange: Attacked By Terrorists Leaving 5 Dead

Pakistan Stock Exchange was attacked by terrorists this morning which killed Five people including three law enforcement officials, including a police officer, the people were injured in a firing and grenade attack on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE).

According to ARY News, terrorists attacked the Pakistan Stock Exchange this morning with a grenade, which was foiled by security agencies, killing two assailants and killing three more.

According to rescue agencies, the dead included the alleged attackers, as well as members of the stock exchange. According to unconfirmed reports, the number of attackers was 2 allegedly dressed as security guards.

Edhi officials have confirmed that five people were killed and three others were injured in the incident. Police arrived on the scene and closed the road to traffic, rescue sources said, adding that the injured were being taken to hospital.

Economist Muzammil Aslam told local News that there are about 2,000 people in the stock market building at the moment. A few minutes ago, there was a sudden firing and then a grenade attack was reported outside the trading hall.

A large contingent of police and Rangers is present inside the building and in the area.
