On Friday, Pakistan asked the Government of Qatar to assure that they have cleared all the dues of the Pakistani workers who have been expelled from their jobs due to the coronavirus hit all over the globe.
The conversation took place on the telephone, as informed by the Ministry of OP and HRD on their twitter account. The conversation was lead by Sayed Zulfiqar Bukhari Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development to the Qatari Minister for Human Resource.

The special assistant urged the Qatari companies to clear all the dues of the laid-off Pakistani workers. He further added that they should also provide Pakistani workers with air tickets.
Zulfiqar Bukhari also asked the Qatar government to provide maximum relief to all those Pakistanis who are left stranded there.
The Qatari government agreed over the relief measures for every single Pakistani stuck in Qatar. The Minister of Qatar promised that every preventative measure would be taken to protect all Pakistanis.
The SAPM also thanked Qatar for their cooperation in such crucial time.
A few days back, Zulfiqar Bukhari have a chat with the Minister of United Arab Emirates to discuss the issue of the Pakistanis stranded there. In response, the UAE announced to extend the visas of Pakistanis and also they assured that full salaries will be paid to those who have been expelled from their jobs.
