Pakistan Restricts Indian Content on All Media Platforms

Fawad Chaudhry—the Information and Broadcasting Minister has said that the Cinema Exhibitors Association has completely boycotted the Indian content and that no Indian movie or whatsoever would be released in Pakistan.

He further said that PEMRA has also been directed to act against the advertisements which are made in India.

He tweeted about this after the tension with the neighboring country started becoming tenser.

It is important to mention that there is already a ban on cable operators for broadcasting any kind of Indian advertisement, program, song or channel.

Earlier that is on Monday, the Indian Air Force violated the airspace along the line of control, as informed by the DG-ISPR.

Pakistan Air Force was quick to respond and forced the Indian planes to leave the Pakistan’s territory.

The Indian planes released payload near Balakot while they were rushing back.

The relations between the two countries have been pretty raw following the Pulwama attack.
