Pakistan Post would be launching its mobile application on Saturday that is the 29th of December 2018 in order to facilitate the customers at the ECO Postal Staff College.
Murad Saeed—the federal minister for Communications and Postal Services would be the chief guest on the occasion. The launching ceremony would be attended by the postal services’ federal secretary, director general and many other officers.
The mobile application has got many different contents which include options for registering a complaint, post-codes, track and trace, postal services, locate post offices, tariff and Contact Us.

The main idea behind the launch of this application is to upgrade the services of Pakistan Post besides keeping the customer of Pakistan Post well informed in order to meet their increasing expectations in line with the issues of the digital world of today.
All efforts are underway under the rule of the present government for making Pakistan Post a customer friendly, technology-driven and self-sustaining body in the digital world of today.
Last months for renovating and upgrading the present system of Pakistan Post, the PTI-led government introduced a fast delivery service system in the country. Via using this service. customers would be able to send their packages on the same day.
As per the details shared by the government a package that would be sent through Pakistan Post before 1 pm would be reaching at its meant destination before 12 am of the same night, this for sure is speedy indicating an obvious improvement in the system.
