Pakistan Post mobile application is launched today by the Federal Minister for Postal Services Murad Saeed.

The launching ceremony was held in Islamabad at the ECO Postal Staff College. At the ceremony, the introduction to the Pakistan Post Mobile Application was given. The attendees were addressed by the Federal Minister for Postal Services Murad Saeed and the Chairman/Director General Pakistan Post Dr. Naseer Ahmed Khan. Furthermore, other officers also attended the ceremony.
The mobile application of Pakistan Post will have different options like track and trace, register complaint, postal services, tariffs, postal codes, the location of post offices and contact us option.
Murad Saeed in a statement said that the Ministry will change the complete postal system in Pakistan. Technology will be incorporated in the system and track & trace app is being launched to help the customers in every possible day.
The Pakistan Post Mobile App will help in providing all the parcel information. Users will know all info of their parcel from dispatch to delivery. Also if in any case the parcel were not delivered, the user will know about it. Murad Saeed said that it is important to revive the public trust in the Pakistan Postal service. Thus the app is customer friendly, self-sustaining and technology oriented.
