Pakistan Plans to Manufacture Solar Panels; Says Fawad Chaudhry

Science and Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry says that Pakistan would soon be starting to manufacture its own solar panels. He also said that they are going to make batteries that are used on the buses.

The minister said that Pakistan has attained these two major achievements.

He further gave his prediction that there would be no visible electricity poles or wires anywhere in the next ten years.

Also, it is expected that the energy sector would completely transform in the next 3-5 years.

On the other hand, the state aid firm of Turkey has installed water filtration facilities in the province of Sindh for providing clean water to nearly one million people.

It was also informed that similar kind of projects was also being introduced in other parts of the country as well for providing clean and safe drinking water to the citizens.
