Pakistan is sending large number of doctors to Saudi Arabia

Consultants, specialists and medical doctors will be sent to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) attached department of Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.

It has been reported that Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia’s official delegation has come on a visit to Pakistan. This delegation will conduct interviews in Pakistan starting from tomorrow, January 2nd and select doctors to send to Saudi Arabia.

There are numerous sub-fields of medicine. Thus Pakistani doctors will be selected from many categories including anesthesia, orthopedic, ICU, Radiology, General Surgery, internal medicine, emergency medicine etc.

Overseas Employment Corporation is the only organization that is recognized by the government of Pakistan which is receiving minimal fee charges. These charges are approved by Pakistan Government.    OEC has its offices in Islamabad and all provincial capitals that include Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. Moreover, the organization process applications received from any Pakistani city.

Currently, there is an urgently required staff for Dubai, UAE. This includes refrigeration and HVAC technicians, kitchen and laundry equipment technicians, electricians, and plumbers. January 10th is the last date to apply for these posts.
