Pakistan has made its place in the worldwide list of 10 top most-improved countries in Ease of Doing Business. This list has been created by World Bank Group and Associated Press of Pakistan has confirmed it.
There was a reform program announced by the government. Due to this program Pakistan’s global ranking in doing business moved to 144 from 148 last year. This position is out of 190 total economies of the year.
The reforms that were introduced by the government were in registering property, getting credit and trading across borders. These reforms were initiated with the aim to improve Pakistan’s global business ranking. The purpose was achieved.

As per the Canadian Minister of International Trade Francois-Philippe Champagne it is the economic improvement in the Capital of Pakistan, Islamabad that the country has acquired the position. He told this in a letter he sent to Pakistan’s High Commissioner in Canada Tariq Azim Khan. He was encouraging on the point to expand and grow trading ties with Pakistan. Last year the trade between the two nations has already reached $ 1.44 billion. Furthermore the Minster said that more and more Pakistani students are choosing Canada for study purposes. He was hopeful that these friendly relationships between the countries and the people of both nations further increase in upcoming years.
