The government has decided to introduce a comprehensive Centralized Loyalty Program to provide more concessions to overseas Pakistanis who send remittances to Pakistan every month or so.
The federal government of Pakistan has decided to introduce a comprehensive Centralized Loyalty Program to provide more concessions to Overseas Pakistanis by sending Debit Cards and Loyalty Cards to Overseas Pakistanis who send remittances in order to get Smartphone based discounted benefits. Apart from this, a special watch 365 style app will also be introduced.
Under this Loyalty Program, Overseas Pakistanis will be given 50% discount on the fees of OPF’s schools and colleges, along with special quotas for housing schemes, while immigration fees and insurance premiums and registration fees. The proposal for a waiver is also under consideration. Frequent flyer cards will be issued.
Sources say a high-ranking committee has also been set up for this, including the Finance Ministry State Bank of Pakistan, Kaif BR, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, Overseas Pakistanis Foundation, National Database Registration Authority (NADRA), Immigration and Passport Office also includes representatives of national banks and other banks.
