Cathay Pacific a Hong Kong-based airline misspelled its name on its brand new plane. While writing Pacific on the airplane, there was an ‘F’ missing. The members of the public at Hong Kong International Airport first spotted this huge blunder made by the airline management. As the mistake was quite embarrassing and unacceptable for the owners of the airline, the plane was immediately sent back for repainting.
Later the airline let it off as a joke and tweeted, Oops this special livery won’t last long! She’s going back to the shop!’

Some people even thought that it was not a mistake and it was done on purpose. An anonymous engineer who is a worker at Haeco, Cathay Pacific sister company said, ‘The spacing is too on-point for a mishap. We have stencils. Should be a blank gap in between letters if it was a real mistake I think.”
People have also started questioning that how can an airline be trusted who doesn’t even know how to spell its name right.
