Government of Punjab is soon going to announce its “Orange Cab Scheme” in which the government will provide 100,000 cars to unemployed youth in Punjab.
In a tweet by Punjab Government, Chief Minister committed to launch “Orange Cab Scheme” this year,
Chief minister also expressed his desire to launch this scheme electronically in order to minimized discrepancies and mismanagement. In the previous scheme of “Apna Rozgar” Punjab government has delivered 50,000 cars to young people in Punjab who we jobless. This time the government came up by doubling the number of cars in the scheme.

Punjab government is more focused on building roads infrastructure and providing cars that could make the cities even more congested. Government says, this scheme will help unemployed people to have a respectable source of income.
The unemployment rate in Pakistan is still at 5.9 percent, which was 6 percent in 2015.
