Oppo has released a series of Reno devices in the past few months including some popular faces like Oppo Reno 2, and Oppo Reno S series with powerful specifications. The company has been releasing the teasers for the upcoming Reno 3 smartphone from time to time.
Oppo Reno 3 has adopted a punch-hole display design in the recent update on Weibo, however, the hole will be placed on the top left corner of the screen according to the leaked image. Since it is a leaked image and we cannot verify the authenticity of the leaked image and specifications mentioned let’s take it as a grain of salt but still it does have some importance.
Oppo Reno 3 is also equipped with dual-mode 5G connectivity, this feature is already confirmed by the company during an event last week in China.
Oppo Reno 3 Specifications
The specifications of the device are already public via various leaks, the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 735 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and two storage options either 128GB or 256GB.
The device is featured with a 6.5-inch FHD+90Hz AMOLED screen which is powered by 4500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. Oppo upgrades selfie camera in Reno 3 with 32MP shooter, whereas it was 16MP in Reno 2 previously. The main camera also jumps from 48MP to 60MP primary sensor. The camera will also have a 5X telephoto lens in it. The expected price is to start from 3300 Yuan which roughly translates to $469.
