On April 1st Apple turned 45 – This is how CEO Tim Cook celebrated

Today, Apple turned 45. This is what Tim Cook said on the big day.

Apple Turned 45 on April 1st

Apple CEO Tim Cook celebrated the company’s 45th anniversary by quoting Steve Jobs’ statement, “It’s been an amazing journey so far, yet we have barely begun.”. April 1st is marked as Apple’s anniversary.

Tim Cook also appraised all employees on the day for the remarkable efforts, the company couldn’t have done better if it wasn’t for the whole team.

Remembering the day, Tim Cook tweeted:

In November 2020, Apple’s market value reached $2 trillion, making it the most valuable publicly traded company in the world. This valuation depicts that the company has been performing fairly well, besides its competitors trying to eat it out.

It’s interesting to mention here that Apple’s valuation has doubled in just two years. In August 2018, the company celebrated when it touched the $1 trillion mark, and now it reached another milestone (in 2020).

Apple is no longer only about iPhones and Macs. The company has (and is) been exploring new realms. We have the Apple Watch and AirPods, selling as topmost liked Apple gadgets globally.

And recently, the company partnered with Tesla to set up its big battery storage project with Tesla lithium-ion ‘megapack’ batteries.

On this remarkable day, it’s to recall that Apple was founded by three brainiacs – Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne on April 1, 1976.
