Nomination Papers Disclose Second Marriage of More Than 50 Politicians

The declaration of properties and other belongings of the political leaders has been making headlines for one reason or the other, however, the nomination papers of more than fifty big-shot leaders have also unveiled their second marriages, which were not publicly announced till now.

The politicians who married more than once include many significant and prominent names who had remained quiet over their second marriages.

As per reports, the famous political figures including the ex-Punjab Chief Minister—Shehbaz Sharif and his son—Hamza Shehbaz, as well as Khawaja Saad Rafique—the ex-Railways Minister have tied the knot twice.

Similarly, another report surfaced claiming that Pir Amin, Rana Mubashir, Arshad Vohra and Qaisar Mehmood are also among the names that have married twice.

It has been reported that the politicians unveiled the hidden aspects of their personal lives for the sake of transparency for their voters.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and the former Minister of Railways was among the first politicians to become a cynosure on social media after he reportedly admitted to his second marriage in his nomination papers.

The copy of the nomination papers of Khawaja Saad Rafique also went viral on social media platforms indicating the written statement of the former Railways Minister confirming his marital bond with the television news anchorperson Dr Shafaq Hira this year.

Another politician whose second marriage affair went viral like crazy was none other than Aamir Liaquat. As per the reports of local media, the Bol TV anchor-person married Syeda Tuba Anwar some months back but did not go open with his second marriage and neither he specified that in the affidavit submitted along with his nomination papers.
