“Today Lahore plunged into dark!! Where is the Bijli that Noon league generated?”

While others are sarcastic about the Naya Pakistan.

“Load shedding every hour in Lahore. Welcome to Naya Pakistan!”

As per this tweet and video, a fire erupted at a grid station in Lahore which became the cause for power breakdown.

“This is why half of Lahore is facing electricity breakdown issue. Fire erupted at a grid station in Lahore.”

Back in May 2017, a similar power breakdown occurred which deprived most of Punjab of electricity. Cities of Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, and Bahawalpur were most affected.
