The federal minister for Planning and Development—Khusro Bakhtiar denied the reports on Sunday that the CPEC projects are experiencing delays.
As per the minister, the federal and Baluchistan government have finalized the master plan 2016 of Gwadar. He also informed that the energy projects under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor would also reach completion on their time.
He added that the leaders of Pakistan would discuss more development projects with the Chinese leaders during the upcoming visit of the PM Khan to China.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi—the foreign minister, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed—the minister for Railways, Khusro Bakhtiyar—the Minister for planning and Hafeez Sheikh—the financial adviser would be accompanying the Prime Minister on the visit.
The Pakistani delegation would be discussing the CPEC, Karachi-Peshawar ML-1 railway track and other affairs with the Chinese officials.
PM Khan would be leaving for a 3-day visit to China on Monday, where he would be discussing with the Chinese leadership many affairs, including the Kashmir dispute and the CPEC.
The minister thanked the Chinese leadership for giving support to the stance of Pakistan on Kashmir’s issue and said that his government wants to take the relationship of the country with China to new heights.
He also said that the economy of Pakistan is heading in the right direction and added that there are nineteen nations that are willing to invest their money in Pakistan.
