HMD global Nokia is all set to release its midrange smartphone in the market, the new Nokia 7.1 specifications are leaked online and the phone is expected to release on October 22 in Europe.
The new Nokia 7.1 comes with solid hardware and cameras Nokia is also expected to price it a little higher than Chinese manufacturers.
Nokia 7.1 Specifications
The Nokia 7.1 model number TA-1100 sports 5.84-inch IPS LCD display with 19:9 aspect ratio and 2244×1080 pixels full HD+ resolution.
The phone is equipped with 8 megapixels camera with LED flash, the dual rear camera accommodates a combination of 12 and 5 megapixels sensors with Zeiss optics indicating clearer, sharper and stunning images. The main camera sensor would be able to record 4K videos, a special feature in Nokia 7.1 can take both photos with HDR + and videos with HDR support.
Chipset and Memory
The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Octa-core SoC, the eight customized Kryo-260 cores can provide speeds up to 1.8 gigahertz max clock. The chip also pushes LTE modem speed up to 600 Mbit/s downstream. This makes Nokia 7.1 faster using the internet.
The base model with offer 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, the premium variant will offer 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can also be extended with the SDmicro card.
The device runs on Android Oreo 8.1 which comes with Android One operating program a pure Google version of Google Mobile operating system with prompt updates.
Nokia 7.1 price and release date
It is not fairly clear what the exact price would be but Nokia 7.1 base model is expected to come with the price tag of 350 euros in Europe, and an upscale variant would cost 400 euros.
The official unveiling of Nokia 7.1 will take place on October 11 and it will go on sale in Europe by October 22, 2018.
