Imran Khan—the prime minister of Pakistan has instructed the government to include the regions of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan in the government’s newly launched Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
The prime minister gave these instructions in a meeting of the Task Force on Housing. The meeting was chaired by PM Khan himself.
The meeting attendees were Chaudhry Tariq Bashir Cheema—Housing Minister, Asad Umar—the Finance Minister, Pervaiz Khattak—the Defence Minister, Aleem Khan—Punjab Senior Minister, MNA Najeeb Haroon, Dr Imran Zaib—Secretary Housing, Saeed Ghani—Housing Minister Sindh. MPA Firdous Shamim, Khusro Bakhtiar—Planning Minister, Shaukat Tarin, senior officers and members of the task force.
Zaigham Mehmood Rizvi—the Chairman of Task Force applauded the prime minister on the development and growth regarding the suggested legislation on the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is a breakthrough project of the present government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf managed by the government that would be giving the housing facility to the underprivileged and homeless people, it would also be speeding up the economic activity in the nation and would be providing job opportunities to the youth.
