NADRA has reserved every Friday exclusively for women, as per the reports of local media.
This was stated in a report submitted to the PM Office regarding the steps taken by the various ministries and departments about public welfare.
As per the report, 64 new steps have been taken out of which 35 have been put into effect while 28 are under process.
The measures taken are aimed at the improvement in the lives of common men and for resolving their basic problems which were not catered in the past.
The Prime Minister has issued instructions to all the Ministries, Special Assistants and Advisors for presenting a report regarding their measures and projects for providing facilities to the general public for their welfare.
On the other hand, PM Khan has also taken strict notice and has decided to act against the officers found responsible for not addressing the complaints of people on the “Citizen Portal”.
As per the spokesperson of the PM Office, a 5-member committee would be formed in every ministry and department, led by a 20 Grade officer or a Joint Secretary.
The committee would be evaluating the performance of the officers who are allocated the task of addressing the complaints on the Citizen Portal.
All the Federal and provincial ministries, departments and divisions have been asked by the PM’s Office to submit their review reports within a span of 30 days.
