In order to facilitate the general public after the suspension of operations due to the coronavirus lockdown, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has reopened its all offices across the country.
According to the instructions issued by the authorities on the resumption of activities, the offices of NADRA will remain open from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm Monday to Thursday while the timings on Friday will be from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm.
In the directives, the authorities have urged the citizens to call 7000 to get the relevant information regarding their problem before the visit any of the NADRA office.
In order to avail any facility from the NADRA offices, the people have been advised that face masks, sanitizers, and other preventive measures are mandatory. The people who are visiting the NADRA offices will further have to follow all the safety guidelines posted inside and outside of the offices.
The authorities have also directed the employees at the NADRA offices to ensure safety protocols, such as wearing face masks and gloves.
According to the details shared by the authority, the Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) expiring from September 2019 to June 2020 have been given an automatic extension until July 2020.
