NAB approved Hamza Shehbaz’s plea to receive home-cooked food after his counsel argued that Hamza wasn’t receiving basic facilities in the jail.
A request was submitted earlier in an accountability court where Hamza Shehbaz’s counsel, Amjad Pervez, argued that his client wasn’t getting basic jail facilities. He further requested the court to grant Hamza this facility.
The Jail Superintendent should ensure the provision of home food and other necessary facilities to Hamza Shehbaz,
It’s pertinent to mention here that Hamza Shehbaz is imprisoned in Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat Jail in money laundering and Ramzan Sugar Mills cases.
