Met Office Predicts Rain in Sindh and Upper KPK

Earlier today, the PMD (Pakistan Meteorological Department) predicted rainfall in scattered areas of Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Makran coastal belt. Whereas, the weather is going to remain hot and humid in many other parts of the country today (Saturday).

Moreover, on Sunday, the weather is also going to be hot and humid in different parts of Pakistan while there are chances of rainfall in the coastal areas of Sindh and Balochistan.

As per the weather reports, there are chances of rainfall with a thunderstorm in Nagarparkar, Islam Kot, Mithi, Tharparkar, and adjacent areas today and on Sunday. Sukkur is also going to receive rain on Sunday.

The weather reports showed dry and hot weather in many areas of Pakistan within the last twenty-four hours. The temperature recorded in Sibi was 42 degrees Celsius, Turbat 44 degrees, and Bahawalnagar 41.

The Met office forecasted that the weather is going to remain dry for the next ten days in Sindh. But, there are chances of light rain in some of the areas of the province.

As per the Met office, the weather is expected to be wetter in the first half of September.

In central Punjab and eastern Sindh region, above-normal rainfall is expected to occur. Moreover, PMD also predicted rain in Azad and Jammu Kashmir.

Also, there are chances of above-normal temperatures in Balochistan and southern parts of Sindh in the month of September.
