The winter season has become a real challenge for the people of Karachi as the low gas pressure has affected the many different areas of the city, as per the reports of local media on Thursday.
In spite of the long closure of the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations, the homes in the many areas of the metropolis as well as in other parts of the province are experiencing the issue of low pressure resulting in headaches to the housewives while cooking.
Furthermore, the CNG stations were anticipated to reopen today at 8 in the morning but it was redefined again owing to low pressure.
The travellers are also experiencing the issues owing to the lack of public transport on roads, as most of the public transport owners have shifted their automobiles on CNG from diesel and petrol.

Besides, the All Pakistan CNG Association has made the announcement of reopening the all Compressed Natural Gas stations in Sindh from Tuesday.
The Association would not anymore be abiding the directives of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) and would be reopening all the CNG stations in the province from Tuesday, as per the issued statement.
The CNG dealers association also mentioned that the stations would be resuming the operations from Thursday at 8:00 pm.
