The spokesperson of the Foreign Office, Dr. Faisal has confirmed that the authorities of Pakistan have submitted its reply before the International Court of Justice on Tuesday over the Kulbhushan Jadhav case.
Kulbhushan Jadhav is an officer of RAW, India’s spy agency, the security forces of Pakistan have arrested him from the area of Balochistan’s Mashkel during an operation. The security forces of Pakistan have detained the Indian spy over his involvement in counter-intelligence and sabotage the political and other activities in Pakistan.
However, the Indian authorities are still trying to convince that Kulbhushan Jadhav is a retired naval officer, not RAW’s spy agent.
As per the details by Foreign Office, Pakistan has submitted a dossier contains 400 pages to the International Court of Justice. The dossier was submitted by Dr. Fareeha Bugti.
The 400-page dossier addresses all the questions asked by the Indian authorities in great detail. The spokesperson confirmed that this is the second reply submitted by the Pakistani government, the first reply was submitted on December 13, 2017.
The International Court of Justice is hearing a petition filed by the Indian government challenging the refusal by Pakistani authorities to grant consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav.
A counter-memorial by Pakistan has been submitted to the International Court in the response of a memorial by the Indian government.
