KP Govt. Decides to Spend Rs.90 billion on Development Projects

The government of KP has approved the different important development projects for the multiple districts worth Rs.90 billion, as per the reports of local media.

According to the available details, the provincial government of KP has fixed Rs.70 billion for the Swat Motorway which would be extended to Fateh Pur. The development projects encompass the projects like the construction of the roads in the tribal districts. Other developments include the construction of the hospitals, schools, rescue services and the energy division.

The meeting was led by the Chief Minister of KP Mahmood Khan. He decided to allocate more funds for the Kohat district in comparison to other districts.

Previously on the 2nd of February, CM Mahmood asked the authorities concerned to speed up work on the Peshawar Rival Plan.

While heading a high-level meeting in Peshawar, CM Mahmood directed for the removal of the unwanted security barriers from the motorways throughout the city.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister of KP asked for a report on the rehabilitation of the drug addicts and instructed for a province-wide crackdown against the drug peddlers.

On the other hand, the government has launched the Sehat Tahaffuz Helpline. Through this helpline, people would be able to get immediate help for their concerned issues like about polio and the routine immunization services.
