Kia will be launching Cerato in Pakistan by the end of 2020, as revealed by recent reports. Cerato is basically a midsize family sedan. In the Pakistani market the competitors of Cerato would be Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, and Hyundai Elantra.
The car will be equipped with a .6 Liter in-line 4 cylinder Petrol Engine. It will make 123 horsepower and 154 newton/meters of torque. It will be mated to a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox. Also, it has been reported that many units of Kia Cerato were brought in to the country by Kia Lucky Motors for testing.
At the 2018 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan in January 2018, the 4th generation Cerato also called Kia Forte in the North American market or also Kia K3 in the Chinese and Korean markets was unveiled.

In the international market, Kia Cerato has many features including automatic front headlights, tilt and telescopic steering column, rear trunk light, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear-seat heat ducts, touchscreen infotainment system along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cruise control, volume controls that are steering wheel mounted, cruise control, along with security features including forwarding Collision-Avoidance (FCA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Lane Keeping Assist (LKA).
The price of the car is expected to range from Rs. 3.1 million to 3.7 million. It depends on the trim level and the extras.
