KE Introduces Mobile App, Web Portal for Consumers

K-Electric has introduced the KE Live App for its consumers that permit access to them to a variety of services.

The app is available on the App Store for iPhone users as well as for the Android users at the Google Play Store.

After signing up the user would then have access to a number of features like the billing details with historic data, integrated unit consumption comparable graphs and duplicate bill downloads.

The other features of the application include live power status update, and the ability to report to power theft and to launch complaints.

Consumers would be able to use the application for locating their closest customer care centre.

A KE spokesperson said that they have always believed in giving state of the art solutions to their customers.

He added that the launch of the app fits well with the K-Electric’s use of technology and innovation in its customer-centric approach.

On the other hand, PTA has been directed by the High Court to take some decision within the span of 30 days about the unregistered mobile phones in the country..
