Karachiites Engage Themselves in Kite Flying Activities Amid Lockdown

It has been three weeks since the lockdown started due to the outbreak of coronavirus, the Karachiites are now flying kites from their rooftops in order to pass their time and to amuse themselves.

Although in the past few days, twelve people have been injured because of the sharpened strings of the kites.

Where the Sindh government has only permitted a few pharmacies, food shops, and grocery stores to remain open in the lockdown; there are few kite shops in Karachi which are open with the support of police.

There are some sources that are accusing police of supporting kite sellers to continue operating their business in; Nazimabad, Gulistan-e-Johar, Korangi, New Preedy Street, Orangi Town, Malir City, Liaquatabad, Jutland Lines, New Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and many other areas of the city in return of heavy bribe.

It has been demanded by the citizens to the Sindh Inspector General Police to carry a strict action against all those police officers that are involved in such a horrible act.

For further entertainment, HBO the American Cable broadcaster has also made a few movies and series watchable for free.
