The Traders alliance of Karachi has announced to plant 10,000 neem trees across the city.
The businessmen and traders of Karachi have made the announcement to take an eco-friendly initiative by announcing to plant 10,000 neem trees in the city, as per the reports of local media on Saturday.
The trees would be planted in the various areas after the plantation drive was inaugurated as announced by the Karachi Tajir Ittehad (KTI) with the aid of the businessmen and city nationals.

The chairman of the Karachi trader’s alliance while conversing to media said that the environmental pollution has increased badly in the city and it would result in increasing the temperatures every year if the plantation of trees was not done.
He also said that the traders have started a tree plantation drive with the aid of the citizens of Karachi. In the initial phase, 100 neem trees were planted at the Burns Road area of the city.
He further added that 10,000 neem trees would be planted in the various places of the city during the ongoing drive of tree plantation.
