Syed Murad Ali Shah—the Chief Minister of Sindh has confirmed on Sunday that Karachi would be hosting all the remaining PSL 4 matches.
As per media reports, all the remaining matches of Pakistan Super League fourth edition would be hosted in Karachi.
While talking to the journalists, Syed Murad Ali Shah said that 2 years back, he requested to host one match in Karachi and this year all the matches are being played in Karachi. He added that he has accepted this challenge.
He said that he would like to request everyone specially the media to provide support for hosting these matches successfully.
As per sources the matches have been shifted to Karachi from Lahore in mid of the current tense situation with India.
In the meantime, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has rescheduled the remaining matches as well, the matches which were scheduled to begin from the 7th of March previously would now take place between 9th to 17th March.
Karachi Kings would play its match against Peshawar Zalmi on the 10th of March, which was previously scheduled on the 7th of March at the National Stadium Karachi.
On the 11th of March, Kings would play against Quetta Gladiators.
The final of the Pakistan Super League fourth edition would be played in the National Stadium Karachi on the 17th of March 2019.
It is important to mention that the PCB Chairman—Ahsan Mani on the 28th of February had said that none of the players have denied coming to Pakistan, and that all the teams are willing to play in Pakistan.
