On Wednesday, Karachi traffic police issued a traffic plan for the PSL matches that will be played in the city from November 14th. They released a detailed plan about the roads that will be closed around the National Stadium.
As per the reports, Javed Ali Mahar traffic DIG ordered the police that no carelessness will be tolerated and also instructed them to use reflective lights, jackets, and whistle.
According to the traffic plan, the route from Hassan Square to National Stadium has been closed and the traffic is being diverted towards Jail Chowrangi.
From Hassan Square, the traffic will be shifted to New Town. Moreover, the traffic coming from Liaquatabad and NIPA will be shifted towards New Town.
PCB on September 2nd announced the schedule of PSL’s remaining fixtures which were postponed earlier due to COVID-19. The matches were to be played in Lahore but they moved to Karachi due to the air quality in Lahore.
As per the schedule, the playoffs will start on November 14th. The first eliminator match will be played between Peshawar Zalmi and Lahore Qalandars. Then, a qualifier match will be played between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans.
The 2nd eliminator will be played on the 15th of November between the loser of the first match and the winner of the second match.
Lastly, the final match will be held on the 17th of November.
