Usman Dar—the Special Assistant to the PM on Youth Affairs has introduced the Kamyab Jawan Programme of the PM during a special ceremony that was held at the Govt College Women University, Sialkot.
While addressing the participants, Usman Dar said that the government has assured 100percent transparency in allotting the soft business loans to the youth under Kamyab Jawan Programme. He also said that it would be completely for the youth as the programme would provide respectable employment opportunities to the 68percent population of Pakistan.
He said that as many as 1 million of the country’s youth have applied for these soft business loans under the scheme which has big confidence of the general public on the government policies.
He mentioned that the government has allotted Rs.100 billion for issuing of the soft business loans to the youth under this scheme purely on merit.
He also indicated that Rs.25 billion loans would be issued to the businesswomen in Pakistan by boosting the maximum participation of the females in the business with new ideas.
He also said that the main objective of the programme was to open maximum job opportunities and to ensure the ease of conducting business. Dar revealed that as many as 190,000 women have applied for getting these business loans with their new and unique business plans under the scheme and this larger scale women participation was being appreciated and encouraged in Pakistan.
The special assistant to the PM said that Pakistan was moving ahead with success towards the goal of national economic stability owing to the positive and effective economic policies being put into effect by the incumbent government under the leadership of PM Khan.
