Atlas Honda and DID Groups, two automakers from Japan have collaborated to manufacture motorcycle chains in Pakistan. A joint venture has been signed between the two companies.
The aim of the automakers is to offer constant quality, maintain cost and delivery services to the motorcycle manufacturers in Pakistan. The intention of JV is to target the after-market suppliers by beginning the production of motorcycle chains.
Back in November 2017, both these companies did join hands to begin assembling motorcycle chains in Pakistan. But at that time there was no joint-venture agreement signed. The operations were conducted via a technical collaboration.
Atlas Honda and DID Group are known to manufacture and market auto products. Atlas is a known company in Pakistan for the production and selling of motorcycles while DID Groups is the world’s leading automotive technology and component supplier. It is present in many countries all over the globe.
This venture will create more opportunities in the automotive sector of Pakistan. Introducing new bike chains will not just give a boost to the industry but also create job opportunities for the general public.
