"It is not an option", PM Khan on nuclear war with India

Imran Khan—the Prime Minister of Pakistan ruled out the option of nuclear war with the neighbouring country India.

During an interview to a US news channel Fox News in Washington, PM Khan said that ‘it is not an option’ and India must abandon its nuclear weapons.

While commenting on the security of the nuclear weapons of Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the weapons are in safe custody. “Pakistan has a comprehensive and effective nuclear command and control system,” PM Khan added.

While talking about the Kashmir issue, PM said that the US is the only country which can play a vital role of mediator to resolve the Kashmir issue between the two neighbouring countries Pakistan and India.

The premier further said Pakistan and the US were the important allies of each other in the war on terror but both of the countries suffered a huge loss due to mistrust between Washington and Islamabad in the past.

While answering to a question, PM Khan said that a prison swap issue could be discussed with the United States.
