ISPR issued a legal notice to ‘Business Recorder’, demands an apology

The information wing of Pakistan Armed Forces Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Sunday issued a legal notice to a local newspaper for reporting the fake news.

As per the details, ISPR while issued a notice, demanded an apology and warned the newspapers of legal action if the newspapers failed to tender an apology.

According to the details, the media wing of the armed forces issued a legal notice to a local newspaper named ‘Business Recorder’ for reporting fake news related to the Pakistan Army officials’ meeting with the political person and demanded an apology.

The fake news reported by ‘Business Recorder’ was regarding the Director-General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor and Army Chief’s meeting with a political personality Chaudhry Nisar abroad.

ISPR, however, rejected the fake news and send a legal notice to Business Recorder.
