Islamabad to get an open-air cinema. The cinema is being planned for offering help to the residents with some entertainment and that too in a safe manner during the current pandemic situation.
As per the shared details, this news was shared on Wednesday by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) officials who were aware on the project.
They further added that the government has imposed new limitations on outdoor gatherings in limited numbers amid the looming threat of the pandemic, during such circumstances an outdoor-cinema would help people enjoy movies in a safe manner.
The cinema would be constructed on international standards and would have a parking capacity for up to a thousand cars.
The development authority has selected a location for the project with enough parking space where the residents could watch movies while sitting in their vehicles. Chairman CDA-Aamer Ali Ahmed would personally be overseeing the projects, as informed by the officials who were in knowledge of the matter.
