During a raid on a house in the area of Tarnol Police Station, the Capital Territory Police foiled an attempt to sale several cars without the consent of their owners.
According to the details, the cars were acquired by a company from several rent-a-car groups of Rawalpindi and Islamabad on a self-driving agreement. After acquiring around 40 cars from their owners the company was trying to sell them off through auctioning.
The details further claim that the cars were included, XLI, GLI, ALTIS, and V8.
The illegal activity was going on in a house that the company—the name was not disclosed— acquired on a rent three days ago in Islamabad’s sector F-15.
The Islamabad police, however, took all the cars into the custody by taking them into Tarnol Police Station Islamabad. The authorities asked the affected people to approach the Islamabad Police in order to recover their cars.
All the information was shared by a man identified as Mian Maqsood who worked in a travelling company operating from the Capital City of Islamabad.
