Vehicles have been barred from entering the federal capital by Islamabad Polices. At Faizabad, interchange cars were stopped and only people who had urgent work in Islamabad were permitted to enter. Thus, another step has been taken to control the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Cases of coronavirus are increasing even with the lockdown. Today the first case of coronavirus in Abbottabad was reported of a 29-year-old man who returned from the U.S on 20th March.
Earlier we informed our readers that all international flights have been suspended, then Pakistan Railway also suspended all its operations from 25th March to 31st March. Later all domestic flights were also suspended and now people travelling on roads are also not being permitted to enter the federal capital.

These steps may seem harsh to those who had flights or had essential travels but they are necessary steps. Almost 20% of the world is currently in lockdown and it is important that we support our government at this critical time by staying at our homes.
