Islamabad Airport to get Face Reading Cameras

Preparations are being done for installing the face reading cameras at the Islamabad International Airport that could keep a track on the movement and activities of people.

As per sources, a 2-member team of foreign professionals, along with 6 Pakistanis, have done a survey on the domestic lounges of the airport at the capital city for installing the face reading cameras.

The team in their next visit would be visiting the airport for choosing the locations in the international lounges for installing the cameras.

These types of cameras are anticipated to be installed at the airports of Karachi and Lahore.

On the other hand, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has surged the baggage charges on the local flights.

As per the officials of the airline, the charges have been increased due to the increase in the fuel prices.

The national flag carrier is bringing in changes every month for the betterment of the airline. Earlier, the airlines introduced a policy for ground jobs of the cabin crew. The policy was given approval by the Chief Executive of the PIA officer—Marshal Arshad Malik.
