According to the Indian Navy statement, the MiG-29 was stationed at INS Vikramaditya. A few days ago, when the Indian Navy conducted a Malabar exercise, MiG 29 also took part in it. It may be recalled that in February this year, a MiG jet of the Indian Navy crashed in Goa. There, too, the MiG-29 was on a routine flight, although no pilot was harmed.
