Ajay Bisaria, the High Commissioner of India is expected to leave Pakistan on Thursday (today).
According to the details, the Indian High Commissioner (HC) is being expelled following the decision made during the meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC).
The details further said that the High Commissioner will leave Pakistan for India through the Wagah crossing. He served his country as Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan for 19 months and 25 days.
As per the statement issued by the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, the Indian government has been told to call its High Commissioner to Pakistan back to India.
“The Government of India has also been informed from the Pakistani side that Islamabad will not be sending its High Commissioner-designated to India,” the statement by Foreign Ministry reads.
