A large number of illegal Pakistani immigrants are being deported from Turkey, as per the media reports.
So far, Turkey has deported fifty-one illegal immigrants belonging to Pakistan. The deported Pakistanis have landed at the Islamabad International Airport.
It is expected that there are many more in the Turkey camps who are likely to get deported in the coming days.
The deportees have reached Islamabad via a flight of the Turkish Airline—TK-701. These deportees have been taken into custody from the airport.
As per the Federal Investigation Agency—FIA, 29 persons were allowed to go to their homes, whereas the remaining Pakistani nationals have been transported to the anti-human smuggling unit for further investigation.
Previously on the 22nd of August, 18 Pakistanis were brought to the federal capital via a plane of some private airline after they were deported from Germany.
Germany deported more than twenty-four illegal immigrants and handed them back to the Pakistani authorities.
