Huawei has started preparing for an uncertain condition which might affects its global smartphone sales, a fresh report published by Bloomberg, says that Huawei braces for 40% to 60% low shipments globally amid U.S. President Donald Trump slapping the Chinese manufacturer with blacklisting.
The Chinese manufacturer seems to be prepared ahead of any uncertain and faltering sales globally, the company has been conducting internal estimates, according to the report, Huawei’s founder Ren Zhengfei has confirmed that Huawei expects to see a significant drop in global shipments by 40 percent and its global revenue drop by $30 billion in the next two years.
He also said that Huawei is expected to see Washington’s sanctions keep hurting the company for the next two years. However, during the panel discussion with other industry experts he said, “we do not expect the damage to be this serious.” but we have to prepare for the worst.
These are just the estimates Huawei has already been prepared for, but we can still expect Huawei struggling with the global shipments over the next two years.
