Huawei’s Mate 50 series is not expected to come soon. According to several leaks, this lineup could come as late as the end of Q2 of 2022. That means the Mate 50 series could come by the end of July 2022.
Huawei has not said a word about it. These are rumors. The release date could be different than we suspected.
These Mate 50 devices will come with 5G network support. Although, there will be some 4G supported devices as well. Moreover, we also learned that these devices would feature a mix of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor and Huawei’s own Kirin chipset.
The Snapdragon processor could bring the 4G devices and it could be Snapdragon 898 SoC. There is not much to say about the lineup. We expect to hear more about the series in the coming few weeks or months.
This year, the company released the Huawei P50 and P50 Pro. The former comes with a Snapdragon 888 4G, while the latter is available in Kirin 9000 and Snapdragon 888 4G – none of them has support for 5G connectivity. About the P50 series, we heard that the company might release a P50 Pro Plus variant by the end of this year. No official word is out about this suspected device.
