Huawei Mate 30 will support 4K 60fps recording with Kirin 990 SoC

Images and videos are getting better and better with the advent of increase Megapixels and the number of cameras, however, all that is not necessary for processing high-quality images and videos, Huawei Mate 30 will now support 4K videos @60fps with the new SoC Kirin 990.

The previous Kirin SoCs including Kirin 970 and Kirin 980 were not able to process above 30fps videos, despite being flagships with solid specifications Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei P series were still lacking in recording movies more than 30 frames per second.

Even 30fps 4K movies were the eye-opener for most of the camcorders on the market, but the new technology in Kirin 990 which is confirmed to come with Huawei Mate 30 series according to Huawei Central.

According to some reports Huawei Mate 30 series is scheduled to release in September, more specifically Huawei will organize a launch event of Huawei Mate 30 on September 19.
