There is an ever increasing number of people who are receiving fraud calls from hackers or fraudsters pretending to be bank representative. They ask for your data to get hold of your account.
Thus those who have lost their money to such calls are asked to immediately report the incident on the phone number021-111-727-273. They can also email at [email protected].
Due to the ever-increasing incidents, the State Bank of Pakistan has decided to take notice of this situation. Many people belonging from various cities of Pakistan have reported how they were called by unknown people pretending to be from the bank, they asked for the customer’s confidential information and then how they lost all their money.

It is important that bank customers do not share their bank’s personal information with anyone via call, SMS or emails. Don’t share your CNIC number, account number or bank pin with any person impersonating as a bank representative.
