Sindh government earlier announced the affordable housing scheme for low-income people. Now the provincial government and the Malir Development Authority (MDA) have revealed the details of the housing scheme.
The booking details have been disclosed. The applicants in Taisar Town Scheme #45 will be allotted the plots through lucky draw. 80, 120, 240 and 400 square yards plots will be allotted to the low-income people.
How to Apply for Sindh government affordable housing scheme
For applications forms visit the Taisar Town Office or the Picnic Commercial Banks and Silk Bank branches across Sindh. Also you can download it from www.taisertown.com.
The 80 and 120 square yards application form is available for PKR 500 while the 240 and 400 square yards application form is available for PKR 1000.
The pay order for 80 square yard will be for PKR 9500, for 120 square yard will be for PKR 15,500, for 240 square yard will be PKR 31,000 and for 400 square yard will be PKR 51,000.
Along with the pay order, copy of CNICs will have to be given. Per CNIC only one application form can be submitted. If the applicants remains unsuccessful in the lucky draw, the money can be refunded from the same branch of Silk Bank.
Those applicants not living in Karachi will have to submit the application through demand draft. The deadline for submission of the application is January 30th, 2019.
