HEC Introduces 8000 International Free Online Courses for the Students – How to Apply

HEC has introduced 8000 free online courses for the students in collaboration with COURSERA. Those students who received the laptop under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme can apply for any course of their choice free of cost. Admissions will be given on first come first serve basis.

Students can apply online by visiting the link. On 10th September 2018 at 12:00 pm the registration will be open.

Pakistani students now have the opportunity to join courses and acquire certification from some of the best international universities. Through the largest online learning platform in the world COURSERA, students will be open to new learning opportunities.

Students will have the opportunity to choose courses from some of the best universities including Stanford, Wharton, UPenn, Northwestern, Cornell, Princeton, University of California and others.

Those who have received the laptop from Prime Ministers Laptop Scheme are eligible to apply along with those who have “Accepted for Merit list” at http://pmnls.hec.gov.pk/student_details.php

Once you visit the link, click on the registration button. Add CNIC, Email address & Mobile number for verification. A code will be received at your mobile number. Once the code is entered students will be taken to an online registration form. Once it is filled students will receive an email with Coursera Pakistan website link. Once the required fields are filled shown in the linked, you will be finally registered to chose courses of your choice.
