Health declaration forms have been mandated for all the flight attendants amid coronavirus outbreak, as per the reports of local media.
As per the available details, the CAA has adopted strict safety steps at all the airports of the country after the emergence of 2 confirmed coronavirus cases in the country.
The aviation authority has also made the submission of the health declaration forms compulsory for the flight attendants and for all the cabin crew of the national and private airlines.
Previously, PIA had also issued a travel plan for its crew members working on the flights of the national flag carrier from Beijing to Tokyo.
Each cabin crew had been ordered to carry the touch-free thermometers and N-95 face masks in accordance with the instructions of the Chinese authorities, as per the advisory.
It is important to mention that the Special Assistant to PM on Health, Dr Zafar Mirza had confirmed the first two cases of the coronavirus in Pakistan and said that there is no need to panic, things are under control.
Dr Zafar Mirza had tweeted earlier that both the patients of the coronavirus are stable and are improving. He also informed that contacts traced until now and have tested negative.
