Aamir Mehmood Kiyani—the Federal Minister for National Health Services and Regulation said that health cards are being extended for the whole nation. The health cards system is being extended as per the wish of the Prime Minister—Imran Khan.
While conversing to the media on Sunday, the minister for NHS said that the government was providing the health cards with the objective of giving best healthcare facilities to all the people of lower socio-economic background.
The minister added that the government was giving special attention to the improvement of facilities at the public sector hospitals in the country.
He also added that the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf under the vision of the Prime Minister was working vigilantly day and night for providing relief to the people and for bringing noticeable changes in their lives, he further said that the change would be apparent to everyone in the coming months.

The minister also informed that the government was trying to create job opportunities for the youth in the various sectors by attracting foreign investments in the nation. The minister listened to the issues of the people of his constituency and assured them for resolving their problems.
Previously, in a statement, he said that the government would be starting the health insurance programme in the country under which 25 million Health Insurance Cards would be distributed among the poor people.
He also said that 4 new hospitals would be formed in the federal capital for facilitating the people. He added that the government hospitals in Islamabad are facing staff shortage since some time and the government was publishing the advertisements for new jobs for filling the empty positions.
